What if an item is missing or arrives damaged?
If an item is missing or damaged please contact us and we'll send out a replacement right away or issue you a refund.
What if I am not happy with an item I purchased?
We take pride in creating quality products for your classroom. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund (excluding shipping charges) within 90 days of purchase — except for e-books which a have a separate policy that can be found below.
Please include your order number or full name and address with your return.
Our E-Book Exchange Policy
- We are pleased to offer purchasers of e-books from Teacher Created Resources a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all digital goods purchased.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with the digital goods you have purchased, send an e-mail to email@example.com within 30 days of making your purchase.
- In the e-mail, please provide your order number and the reasons for your concern (e.g., file was incorrect book, format not what expected, book had misprint, etc.) and we will contact you with a solution and/or recommendation in a timely manner.
- No refunds will be provided for e-books after they have been downloaded. Please e-mail the Customer Service Team for possible exchanges for a similarly-priced e-book.
- Online coupons for future online purchases may be granted depending on the request for e-book exchanges.
- We reserve the right to deny requests deemed to be abusive of our exchange policy.
- To help customers choose e-books, free sample pages for most of our titles are available for download and review.
