Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a candidate for a multi-faceted customer and sales support role. This individual will provide the highest level of service to our growing direct, distributor, and ecommerce customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Assign any orders being processed to your name.
  • Deliver superior service and provide support needed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction via email, phone, and web interface
  • Obtains and processes orders, returns, chargebacks and service/maintenance requests
  • Effectively communicates with customers regarding order status, shipping, and/or account status
  • Coordinates customer/order needs with other departments; I.e. Accounting and Shipping
  • Gain product knowledge to assist with customer purchasing decisions
  • Support in management and maintenance of onboarding process and client portals
  • Provide necessary support to departments workload, including but not limited to inbound calls and order entry with emphasis on high peak season

Requirements

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Demonstrates ability to consistently engage and connect with customers
  • Possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong grammar, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills, follow-up, ability to handle multiple projects and task
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Proficient with Windows, MS Word, Gmail, Google Drive and Excel
  • Experience preferably in e-commerce or online marketplaces such as Walmart.com or Amazon
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales support experience

Distribution Center Order Processing

All Distribution Center (DC) personnel are a key aspect in our distribution operations and activities. For the Order Pickers, both Dealer and Direct Mail, you will pick, pack and accurately count the items listed on the order(s) you are processing. You will be active in inventory control and continually support an organized facility. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assign any orders being processed to your name.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship, etc.)
  • Remove empty cartons and trash when necessary and dispose in recycle hampers.
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
  • Report any discrepancies or excessive damages.
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Operate only authorized Distribution Center equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Distribution Center worker.
  • Familiarity with modern Distribution Center practices and methods.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Current forklift license (optional).
