I teach 2nd grade. My students use this spelling dictionary everyday whether they are composing a paragraph or writing how they solved a problem in math. There is space at the bottom of each page for my students to continue to add words to their dictionary. This makes these little dictionaries unique for each student. (Example: I had a student who often wrote about visiting Albuquerque so that student needed that city name added to her dictionary.)
