Dr. Edward Fry

Dr. Edward Fry is well known for his lists of Instant Words, used by many classroom and remedial teachers, as well as the Fry Readability Graph.

Dr. Fry is a frequent speaker at local and international reading conferences. He has taught in the California public schools, at Loyola University of Los Angeles, and at two African universities. He has been a Professor of Education and the Director of the Reading Center at Rutgers University.
